Fabulous App is a health app designed to help users develop good habits. Also known as "Fabulous," it allows users to set goals and helps turn them into habits, making it effortless to complete these tasks in the future. The main interface of the app shows the progress of completed tasks. After completing certain tasks, users receive a "letter" with greetings and health-related information. As tasks continue, more letters arrive, providing ongoing motivation to improve energy, enhance focus, manage weight, and improve sleep quality, leading to a healthier life.

2. Task scheduling for drinking water: Consume a glass of water every morning for three consecutive days.
3. Motivational content: Articles on the benefits of establishing a water-drinking habit to raise user awareness.
4. One-time actions: Clear instructions to foster habit formation, such as purchasing a water bottle and placing it beside the bed.
1. After downloading and installing the app, open it, enter your name, and click "Next."
2. Set your wake-up time, then click "Done" to enter the app.
3. Once inside, you can set tasks to complete, such as drinking water, exercising, or reading. Click "Add" to include them in your task list.
4. After completing a task, the added task will display as successful.
